Personal Lines Account Manager

We're Looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker in Edmonton

We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an in-office position for either our Edmonton, Lethbridge, or Lloydminster office.

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing and growing a book of business and doing the following:

  • Service existing clients with renewals, changes, and inquiries
  • Answer quote requests, cross sell, and ask for referrals to secure new business
  • Assist clients outside of their book when other Personal Lines Account Managers are unavailable
  • This position involves servicing clients in person, over the phone, and through email communication 

The ideal candidate will have HEART, plus the following qualifications

  • Level 1 Insurance License, with a preference to Level 2
  • Committed to furthering their insurance education
  • Track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a high performing environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of company portals, Epic & Applied Rating Services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Able to multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a personal lines broker is required
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting regulations would be beneficial
