A little bit about Rob

Rob began his career in insurance working in his father's insurance brokerage while still in high school. From there, he worked his way up from broker, to manager, and finally to running his own insurance brokerage. Today, Rob has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. After all this time, his favourite part of the industry is providing people with peace of mind, problem solving with the management team, and getting to work with great people everyday. "I manage to have a good laugh at the office just about every day. I think we do a good job of trying to have fun every day in our office." In his spare time Rob enjoys reading, travelling, and skiing, and spending time with his dog, Gonzo.

"My very first job was golf ball recycling and sales at age 12! I waded into the creek on a Par 3 at the Bonnyville Golf and Country Club, and retrieved lost golf balls. I would ride my bike home for the refurbishment process (cleaning in the kitchen sink), then would ride back to the golf course for the retail process, and sold them to golfers on the same Par 3."
