Breakdowns can be sudden – your Home Systems Protection covers direct physical, sudden, accidental damage by mechanical or electrical breakdown to heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, appliances, computers, consumer electronics, etc., regardless of the age of equipment.

• Claim does not impact claims-based rating
• $44 annual premium

SERVICE LINE COVERAGE

Provides coverage for direct physical damage to a covered service line. Covered service lines refer to underground piping and wiring, including permanent connections, valves or attached devices on your property.

• Limit of $10,000 - subject to minimum $1,000 deductible
• $37 annual premium

Coverage can be purchased as a bundle - $74 annually for both.
