Our Leadership Team guides the strategic direction of Armour Insurance, setting priorities, driving growth, and supporting the success of our people, clients, and partners. This group includes our CEO, Vice President, HR Director, and Finance Director.
Our Personal Lines Manager oversees the teams that serve our personal insurance clients, including sales, account management, account assistants, processing, and reception. They coach, mentor, and support our people while helping drive service excellence and team success.
Our Team Leads play a key role in both operations and leadership. While remaining actively involved in their area of expertise, they provide coaching, mentorship, and support to help their teams grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Our Commercial Sales Brokers help grow Armour Insurance by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing new business. Through networking, prospecting, and quoting, they connect clients with the right insurance solutions.
Our Commercial Account Managers build and maintain relationships with our commercial clients. They review policies, make coverage changes, provide ongoing advice, and help ensure each client’s insurance program continues to meet their evolving needs.
Our Personal Sales Brokers work with new clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Through quoting, advising, and education, they help clients make confident decisions about their coverage.
Our Personal Account Managers are dedicated to supporting our existing clients. They assist with policy changes and updates, conduct regular policy reviews, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure clients have coverage that best meets their needs.
Our Entry Level Brokers learn the foundations of the insurance industry through hands on experience and mentorship. They assist brokers with daily tasks, build their technical knowledge, and prepare for long term success in a specialized insurance role.
Our Personal Insurance Assistants provide valuable support to both our clients and brokerage teams. They assist with policy processing, billing inquiries, and administrative tasks, helping ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone we serve.
Our Commercial Insurance Account Assistants provide essential support to our commercial teams and clients. They assist with renewals, invoicing, policy administration, and client service activities.
Our Processing Team plays a key role in supporting our brokers by reviewing policy information, identifying changes and opportunities, and preparing actionable recommendations. Their work helps ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Our Reception Team serves as the gateway to Armour Insurance, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors. Through friendly service and knowledgeable support, they help connect people with the resources and assistance they need.
Our Human Resources Team supports both our people and our workplace. They help attract and retain talented team members, coordinate employee programs, manage office resources and equipment, and support the day to day needs of our growing organization.
Our Marketing Team helps drive growth by generating leads, building brand awareness, and supporting business development initiatives. Through targeted marketing efforts and campaigns, they help connect prospective clients with our sales teams and keep new opportunities flowing.

We rebate 50% of our employee's annual fitness membership costs up to $500. We also have discount programs available for Goodlife Fitness and the City of Edmonton recreation centres.
All team members are encouraged to recognize their fellow team members for exemplifying the Armour core values by writing a kudos. Every two weeks, we draw one Kudos and the lucky winner receives a $100 gift card.
Team members can purchase tickets ($2/each) for an entry into the day off raffle. If your name gets drawn, you earn an extra paid day off. Armour matches the contributions from the day off raffle and donates it to a local charity.
