This is an exclusive leadership training program offered to Armour team members with strong potential as future leaders in the organization. The program is intended to enhance the skills of competent, high-potential individuals rather than to address performance issues.
Emphasizes self-leadership by helping participants clarify their personal values and leadership style, ensuring alignment with organizational values. Leaders learn to Model the Way by building trust and setting a positive example, creating a foundation for effective leadership. The day also focuses on Maximizing Personal Productivity, equipping participants with tools to manage their workflow efficiently and lead by example.
Highlights the importance of aligning individuals with the organization’s vision. Leaders develop the skills to Inspire a Shared Vision, rallying teams around common goals. Participants also learn to foster a Culture of Accountability, mastering techniques to hold themselves and others accountable while driving meaningful results.
Explores the intersection of process improvement and people development. Leaders are encouraged to Challenge the Process, creating an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. The day also focuses on Effective Feedback, teaching participants to give and receive constructive feedback to build trust, transparency, and growth within their teams.
The final day centers on empowering and growing others. Leaders learn to Enable Others to Act by delegating effectively and building team competence and confidence. They also practice Encouraging the Heart, celebrating team successes and learning from failures to foster collaboration and morale. This day culminates in equipping leaders with the skills to inspire and sustain long-term organizational growth.

Participants are paired with “Accountabilibuddies” for regular check-ins, and senior leadership, including the CEO, sponsors the program ensure ongoing support and accountability.

Post-program, participants have options for continued development, such as one-on-one coaching sessions, access to the Leadership Practices 360 Inventory, or further leadership training programs to maintain growth momentum.
