We believe in a healthy workplace environment. To support this, Armour Insurance contributes 50% of our employee's annual gym membership premiums up to $500. We also have discount programs available for Goodlife Fitness and the City of Edmonton recreation centres.
We believe in promoting our culture and the Kudos Program does just that. All team members are encouraged to recognize their fellow team members for exemplifying one of the Armour core values by writing a kudos.
Every two weeks, we draw one Kudos and the lucky winner receives a $100 gift card.
Every month our team members can purchase tickets ($2/each) for an entry into the day off raffle. If you're the lucky name that gets drawn you earn an extra paid day off.
At the end of the year, Armour matches the contributions from the day off raffle and donates it to a local charity. Since 2020, Armour has donated more than $10,000 to charity through the day off raffle.
We believe in supporting our communities, both local and global. That's why Armour offers a volunteer program that offers paid time off to allow our employees to participate in volunteer activities of their choosing.
Employees at Armour Insurance Group are encouraged to further their education in the insurance field. We believe strongly in personal and professional development and will pay for courses that help advance you in these areas.
We are proud to help our employees save for their future. That's why we run the Armour's Group RRSP match program. We'll match your RRSP contributions each month, up to 4% of your salary.
