We believe in a healthy workplace environment. To support this, Armour Insurance contributes 50% of our employee's annual gym membership premiums up to $500. We also have discount programs available for Goodlife Fitness and the City of Edmonton recreation centres.

We believe in supporting our communities, both local and global. That's why Armour offers a volunteer program that offers paid time off to allow our employees to participate in volunteer activities of their choosing.

Further Education

RRSP Matching Contributions

We are proud to help our employees save for their future. That's why we run the Armour's Group RRSP match program. We'll match your RRSP contributions each month, up to 3% of your salary.
