SERVICE LINE COVERAGE

Underground pipes and wiring are often out of sight – out of mind, but these systems bring essential services such as water, gas, power, data, and communications into your home, and you are often responsible for their repairs. SMI’s enhanced service line coverage includes service line repairs, as well as related damage to outdoor property caused by repairs. If your home becomes uninhabitable during the repair process, hotel and other living costs may also be covered.

Protection offered by warranties and service contracts can be limited and are often intended for everyday maintenance. Home Systems Protection ensures that you’re covered from larger losses. If you would like to add these policies to your homeowner’s policy, please contact your broker by call, email, or stopping by our office.
