Receptionist - Lloydminster
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our location in Lloydminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line service to our clients along with supporting the Finance/Processing Department.
This position is full time with the hours of work being during our regular business hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
What You Will Be Doing
- Being a superstar, doing your best every day
- Greeting visitors to the office, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls for all locations
- Assist clients with payments
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier
- Process claims
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable and assist with general office and staff kitchen tidiness
- Picking up mail daily and the weekly bank deposit run
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, copying and faxing
Requirements
- Smart, ambitious and personable
- Be effective and get things done
- Constantly changing life long learner – we love change!
- High school diploma and Business courses are an asset
- Previous receptionist work experience in business environment is essential
- Previous experience in the insurance field is an asset
- Effective organizational and communication (written and verbal) abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory
