The Position

Armour Insurance is seeking one full-time Processing and Invoicing Specialist for our Lethbridge office.

 

Job Description 

The successful candidate will be an individual with administrative experience, who is a self starter and a detail oriented individual. What to Expect

  • Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, reissues, and reinstatements
  • Verify insurance documents for Personal Lines and Commercial department
  • Perform data entry to ensure client information is accurate
  • Assist brokers with applications and follow up when required
  • Complete portal entry of new business and policy changes for direct insurance providers

 

What do You Need? 

  • Possess minimum 2-5 year brokerage experience
  • Maintain General Insurance Level 1 or be willing to be licensed
  • Deliver 100% accuracy within data entry and processing duties
  • Work within a team environment but independently efficient - requires minimal supervision
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and touch-typing at 40 wpm
  • TAM (The Agency Manager) The Applied Manager and Insurance Portals is an asset
