Personal Lines Insurance

What you need to qualify:
- Possess 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the insurance industry
- General Insurance Licensing Level 2
- Attain CAIB or CIP designations and be focused on continuing education
- Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills on a daily basis
- Accountable to build, strategize, and develop performance strategies to exceed target with Personal Insurance Manager
- Experience with TAM, Compu-Quote, and insurance portals is an asset
What you will be doing:
- Manage daily operations of telephone/web leads, new business, rewrites, and general inquiries
- Mentor and coach Personal Insurance brokers for success in various Armour offices—in alignment with Personal Insurance Manager
- Train and manage staff—coach for success in areas of sales and service
- Ensure employees have mastery across scope of responsibilities
- Maintain a high performing culture based on company culture code and standards
- Manage all areas of Quote, Intact, and service calls (with Personal Lines Manager)
- Ensure brokers are handling workload effectively to achieve sales targets and recommend improvement
- Travel to offices as required or in accordance with the demands of the position
