Are you a commercial insurance expert, relationship builder, coach, and problem solver? We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Manager to lead our Commercial division.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Inspire a culture of high performance, productivity, collaboration, customer service, and professionalism
  • Provide direction, guidance, training, and technical support to Commercial Team
  • Drive the profitable growth of the commercial portfolio, maximizing retention and new business
  • Represent the brokerage with industry partners and within the community
  • Personally oversee large accounts, building relationships with all key clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Develop/modify and implement operational standards and processes to ensure a high level of compliance, customer service and efficiency
  • Promote the company’s vision, goals, and values

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Industry expert in commercial insurance, with a strong history of progressive experience
  • AB General Level 2 Insurance license and insurance designation – CAIB, CIP, or equivalent
  • Natural leader and relationship builder with a proven track record of developing, coaching and leading high-performance teams
  • Passion for driving growth
  • Process driven, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong ability to influence and effectively negotiate
  • Ability to travel periodically
