DO YOU FIT THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- At minimum, an Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an insurance broker specializing in personal lines.
- Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A demonstrated empathetic approach to customer service and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
- A desire to work in a team-oriented environment and actively engage with colleagues.
- A High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite and working in insurance company portals.
- Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) software is an asset.
- The desire to obtain a RIBO license in the future is an asset.
