Personal Lines Account Manager

We're looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager in Lethbridge.

We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for our Lethbridge office.

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing and growing a book of business. They will service existing clients in their book with renewals, changes, and inquiries. They will answer quote requests and secure new business. They will assist clients outside of their book when other Personal Lines Account Managers are unavailable.

This position involves servicing clients in person, over the phone and through email communication.

The ideal candidate will have H.E.A.R.T., plus the following qualifications:

  • Level 1 Insurance License, with a preference to Level 2
  • Committed to furthering their insurance education
  • Track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a high performing environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of company portals, Epic & Applied Rating Services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Able to multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a personal lines broker is required
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting regulations would be beneficial
