Receptionist
We’re looking for a receptionist to be the welcoming face of Armour Insurance Group Ltd. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and assist with administrative support to keep our office running smoothly. If you have a track record of administrative skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and a positive attitude we want to hear from you!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Greet office visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward calls for all locations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception, office, and kitchen
- Make weekly bank deposits
- Provide support to finance department
- Perform clerical duties as needed
DO YOU FIT THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in reception is an asset
- High school diploma (business courses are an asset)
- Experience in the software Applied Epic is an asset
