- How did you get into insurance?
I started at an issuing office in Saskatoon, then worked my way up to be a Restricted Auto Broker, and then moved to Alberta in January of 2021 to start my career with Armour.

I don’t think I can choose just one, I enjoy every interaction with all customers.
- What is the biggest lesson you have learned over the years in this industry?
To always stay on top of the ongoing changes.

The ability to listen to your clients as you are working for them.
