Aviva is Going Green with ePost

Jan 23, 2015 3:45:24 PM

Epost-Logo-enAviva Insurance announced today that they will be teaming up with Canada Post to provide electronic document services to insurance customers in Alberta and across Canada. The Bulletin read "we’re excited to announce that your customers will soon have the option to receive their policy documents online through ePost, providing convenience, speed of delivery and security."

There is still some testing to be done, but Aviva expects to start offering this service to customers in mid-March of 2015. While many documents will be offered through ePost, customers participating in the program "will still receive their automobile liability cards (pink slips) and any other legally required correspondence through regular mail."

Aviva Canada is excited to offer this alternative method of communication to their customers. It is believed that this will significantly  cut down on paper usage and energy spent in sending documents through regular post.

Armour insurance adopted a paperless strategy in 2009 and not only did it cut down on paper usage, it has also dramatically increased efficiency and speed at which we are able to assist our customers.

Aviva customers will be able to request ePost delivery from their brokers starting in mid-March.
