Personal and business insurance customers in Okotoks now have better choices when it comes to finding an insurance policy that meets their needs and budget. Armour Insurance has opened their first Okotoks insurance office on Elma Street this July. This will be their sixth office in Alberta.
Armour Insurance president, Rob Marusin, and partner, Bill Reay, saw an opportunity to offer residents a greater choice in providers paired with the outstanding service that Armour is known for province wide. They hope to offer value and choice to residents by opening their newest location at 121 Elma Street.
“We’re excited to become a part of this vibrant community” said Marusin. “We believe that when you enjoy what you do, you do it well. This, for us, is the Armour Advantage. Our service representatives enjoy helping our customers and I think that this shows through the happiness of our clients across Alberta.”
“We feel that Okotoks is a town that really fits Armour’s personal approach to dealing with our customers” Reay adds. “We know that when clients have claims it is an emotional experience for them and they need our help. We take pride in providing that for them.”
During tragic events such as the recent floods in Southern Alberta, being available for your customers becomes extremely important. “Having an integrated office network across the entire province is like having a group of helping hands at your disposal.” Says Eric Abele, Armour’s chief IT Officer. “With our integrated phone and network systems we can assist clients from literally anywhere.”
Donna Velsink has been helping people find policies that fit their needs for over 10 years and is going to be managing the new Okotoks office. “I’m very excited to be moving to beautiful Okotoks” Donna remarks. “I’ve been to Okotoks many times and find the community to be filled with some of the most friendly, caring people you’d ever meet.”
Donna is looking forward to meeting more people from in and around town this summer. She hopes to bring Armour’s unique brand of service to our community and make some friends in the process.
