The Armour Registry office received word last week that vehicle registration renewal reminders may soon be discontinued in Alberta. In a notice sent Friday, the Association of Alberta Registry Agents (AARA) stated that they "anticipate that at some point in the future, Service Alberta may discontinue mailing reminders to Albertans".
With this in mind Armour is launching an online reminder service for registry clients across Alberta. Those included in this service will receive notice once yearly when their automobile registration is up for renewal. If you would like to be a part of this new service, click below to be added.
When you come in for your renewal at Armour Registries be sure to bring the following things with you:
- One piece of Photo ID
- Your previous vehicle registration card, license plate number or registration renewal form if you've received one.
- Car insurance pink card.
