They Don't Build 'em Like They Used To

Feb 27, 2018 10:03:00 AM

Building a new home these days is much different than it was 20, 30 or even 40 years ago. A lot has changed since the 70's. So how does a new home buyer know whether people are putting siding or stucco these days if they don't want to sift through 40 years of home builder statistics?

Have someone do it for you.

With all of the data available to us these days there are bound to be a few good eggs that will not only compile it into something meaningful and understandable, but if we're lucky enough they'll share their findings with the rest of us.

Calgary Realtor Justin Havre has done just that for us. Check out this great little chart he compiled.
