Armour Insurance is fully staffed and here to serve you. On March 15th we closed our offices to outside appointments and soon after staff started working home, thankfully we were prepared. Our staff is connected and working at full capacity to ensure that you continue to receive the service you've come to expect from Armour.
Today, more than 90% of the Armour team is working from home. Our people have packed up their computers, created office space in their homes and are online to do what they do best: provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Thank you so much to all of our clients for your understanding and support during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was extremely touched to receive countless letters of support from our customers in response to my announcement about the changes.
As part of our business continuity planning, we've become well versed in some of the best available technology for operating remotely. All of our phone lines continue to be operational, our teams continue to conduct their weekly meetings through video conferencing and we've just completed our first virtual social event! We are servicing current policies, writing new policies and are conducting business as usual. The only thing that's changed is our day to day scenery.

One of the words I've been hearing a lot of lately is “adversity”. While we all may be facing more than our fair share of adversity these days Adaptability is the word that keeps ringing out in my mind. When you look at what has really been happening in our office and countless others is adaptation on a grand scale. I’ve never seen a group of people so dedicated, committed and adaptable. I am beyond proud to be a part of this team.
