- Amanda Smith, Personal Lines Broker, says, "My favourite thing is the support that you get from the Brokers and the Management Team – the Leadership Team is one of the most supportive ones that I've ever worked for. There's no negative feedback, it's always positive feedback."
- Cassandra MacDonald, Personal Lines Broker, says, "My favourite thing about working with Armour is the integrity of the products we can provide. We deal with some of the top insurance companies in Canada, so it makes it really easy to do business, because we always know that we can offer something for everyone."
- Angela Isacson, our new Receptionist, says, "My favourite thing about working at Armour is how welcoming and friendly everyone is to each other, and especially to new staff."
- Rob Stevenson, our Strategic Director of Marketing, says, "I really like the healthy lifestyle office focus that we have at Armour. We offer 50% of gym membership fees paid by Armour, if you're a member of a gym. The other thing that helps with team-building is the Armour Fitness Challenge. Every month, there's a different goal, whether it's distance gone, steps achieved, etc. Everybody in the organization competes towards a fitness goal."
- Gina Schopfer, our Marketing Coordinator, says "When I think about my favourite things about working at Armour, the first that comes to mind is definitely the Armour Culture Cup. It happens every quarter, and gives the Armour Team a chance to get engaged with Armour culture, and win prize money by competing. Every member of the team can award Culture Cup points to themselves, or other staff members. There's a prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place – the 1st prize being $1,500, so it's a really great incentive to get everyone involved and motivated to stay on top of Our Culture.
