Alberta's UCP government is making moves to fix issues that have been plaguing Alberta drivers and insurance companies for some time. Insurance companies who have been attempting to work with our government to improve the situation for Alberta drivers are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel as the UCP announces plans to make changes for the better. This should mean a healthier insurance outlook, more medical support to those injured in collisions and more affordable insurance for Alberta drivers.

Armour Staff Support Little Bear Child and Youth Advocacy Centre

At Armour Insurance we run a Day Off Raffle program for our staff. Each month employees who want to participate can purchase raffle tickets for $2 and get a chance to win a day off. In 2019 we sold 475 tickets raising $950. Each year, Armour pledges to match this amount in a donation to our communities.

Our 2020 Intact Client Centre Winter Contest Winner!

Basement Flood Prevention Checklist

Last Saturday afternoon I was startled by a strange alarm coming from my Alarm system. We ran to the panel and saw that it was the flood sensor on my sump pump. I rushed downstairs and over wet carpet to the sump pump and when I lifted the cover I saw that it was overflowing with cold, murky run-off water. Hopefully not many others will have to deal with a similar situation, but just in case, here's a checklist that would have helped me prevent this problem!
